You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of credentials may result in suspension or termination of access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Modifications to the Services:
Jefferson Place Apartments reserves the right to update or modify the Services at any time, including these TOS. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Maintenance Request Feature

2.1 Purpose:
The maintenance request feature allows tenants to submit non-emergency service requests electronically.

2.2 Submission Guidelines:

  • Provide detailed descriptions of the issue, including the location and nature of the problem.

  • Ensure the affected area is accessible for repairs. Delays or additional fees may occur if access is not provided.

2.3 Emergency Requests:
For emergencies (e.g., fire, gas leaks, flooding), call our emergency hotline at (504) 341-8864. Emergency issues should not be submitted through the online system.

2.4 Response Time:
While we aim for prompt resolution, response times may vary based on the nature and urgency of the request. Tenants will be informed of any significant delays.

2.5 Tenant Responsibilities:
Tenants must ensure clear communication and timely access to their unit to facilitate repairs. Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Rental Payment Portal

3.1 Purpose:
The portal facilitates secure rental payments for residents of Jefferson Place Apartments.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments may be made using accepted credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, or other methods specified in the portal.

3.3 Payment Responsibility:

  • Tenants are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for successful transactions.

  • Late or failed payments may result in additional fees, penalties, or lease violations, as outlined in your rental agreement.

3.4 Refunds and Disputes:
Payments are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds or adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with lease terms.

3.5 Security and Data Protection:
The portal uses encryption and other security measures to protect your payment information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.

4. Website Use
